Changed your mind?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of order, as long as the returned item arrives back in its original condition, unused and unopened. The cost of returning an item will be borne by you, the Customer. Please contact us at info@pegasus-equine.co.uk before returning any item to inform us of your intentions and for the return address. Refund of the cost of the item returned, excluding postage cost, will be made the same day the item is received.
Faulty Item?
If any item is received defective, it can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Please email info@pegasus-equine.co.uk with details of the item you consider is defective and want to return. Quote your original order number, include a description and a photograph of the fault and we will get back to you within 2 working days
